It all started with a search for the perfect pair of Pilates Grip Socks.

 

Between early morning reformer classes, lunchtime barre, and evening yoga flows, I found myself constantly reaching for grip socks but never finding a pair that truly checked all the boxes. They were either too slippery, too bulky, lost their shape, or just didn’t look great! They also all contain Polyester containing micro plastics! 

 

I wanted something practical but beautiful too.

 

I realised I wasn’t the only one searching for socks that were as stylish as they were supportive. So, I started sketching designs, testing fabrics, and asking my fellow classmates what they loved and hated about the socks they wore.

 

After months of samples, feedback, and caffeine-fuelled trial and error, Melisi. was born. A luxury grip sock brand - plastic free!!
